What is a hc2 or hc3 certificate?

A hc2 or hc3 certificate is a document that is given for free NHS dental treatment or help with some health costs, when your treatment starts. To be eligible, you must be over 18 years of age. A limited help HC3 certificate that entitles you to some help with health costs. The certificate tells you how much you will have to pay.
